The 4 Phases Of Metabolic Balance
PHASE 1
THE PREP PHASE
The plan begins with a two day preparation cleanse phase that helps prepare your body for its new way of eating
PHASE 2
STRICT CONVERSION
This phase is at least 2- weeks where you retrain your metabolism and get adjusted to your new eating habits. You'll experience positive changes including noticeable weightless, improved mood and mental health and overall wellbeing.
PHASE 3
RELAXED CONVERSION
In this phase you food list is expanded and you begin to introduce additional foods into your meal plan while finding what works best for you with flexibility. You will stay in this phase until you reach your desired weight.
PHASE 4
MAINTENANCE
In this phase, youve reached your desired weight and shifted from a "diet" mentality to a "lifestyle" perspective when it comes to your new eating habits. You are on your way to long term success!
