Ingredients:
1/2 Banana
3-4 Medium Strawberries
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/7 Cup Raw Walnuts
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1-2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop unflavoured or vanilla protein powder
1/2 Cup Non Dairy Milk
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients in an individual bowl and mix well.
Pour non dairy milk over ingredients
